The software & your content

小径 provides goal planning, task and calendar management, growth records and optional AI connections. A lawful copy may be installed and used as permitted by the relevant store terms and applicable law.

You retain your lawful rights in content you enter. Software, icons and other materials belong to their respective rights holders. Third-party components are provided under their licenses, available from About. Those licenses do not make the entire app open source, and these terms do not reduce the rights they grant.

Paid downloads & included features

The production app is a one-time paid download without automatic renewal. It includes the main features expressly offered in that release, including compatible AI API configuration and access. Themes remain subject to in-app level requirements. Prices, test eligibility and available regions are shown by the store at purchase.

The purchase does not include third-party model credits or tokens, and we do not supply or resell API keys. Use your own authorized provider account or key and pay any provider charges. APIs and provider policies can change; compatibility with every endpoint is not guaranteed.

Re-downloads, refunds & existing purchases

Redownloads and refunds follow the original store rules and applicable law. Redownloading does not restore local records, and purchases are not automatically recognized across stores or platforms. There is currently no in-app purchase or Restore Purchases button.

If subscriptions are introduced later, the main features expressly included in the original one-time purchase remain available. New services and any early-customer benefits will be explained separately. Cross-platform purchase recognition and benefit claiming are not currently implemented. Statutory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.

AI, reminders & appropriate use

Review AI-generated plans and suggestions before applying them. AI output may be wrong or unsuitable and does not replace medical diagnosis, treatment or other professional services. Notifications depend on device and system settings and are not intended for emergencies or safety-critical use.

Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing or harmful activity. Do not send confidential information or other people's information without authority. Buying the app, reading these terms and authorizing AI data transfers are separate actions.

Local records & service changes

Records are mainly stored on your device. Uninstallation, device failure or loss of encryption keys may make recovery impossible. Full cloud recovery is not available, and path export is not a complete backup.

If a material change affects purchased features, we will explain the reason and handling. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. Applicable store terms and consumer protections remain in force. Android is currently distributed for testing through Google Play; iOS and mainland Chinese Android store releases are not yet available.

Intended audience

小径 is intended for users aged 14 and above, not children under 14. Users below the age of legal adulthood where they live should review these terms and use the service with guardian guidance, obtaining guardian consent where required. Do not submit children’s personal information in AI requests or support messages. Contact the email above if children’s information has been received through support. The App does not currently verify ages or guardian identities; this statement does not imply a technical age-verification system.
